Forza Horizon 6 offers one of the biggest progression systems the franchise has ever seen. From the moment players first arrive in Japan, the game constantly pushes them toward new races, new rewards, and faster FH6 Cars. However, one milestone stands above all the others: Horizon Legend status.
Reaching Horizon Legend status is not something that happens quickly. Players need to earn 32,500 points in the Horizon Festival progression system before unlocking the final gold wristband event. By the time most players reach this point, they have already spent countless hours exploring the open world, upgrading FH6 Cars, and collecting massive amounts of Forza Horizon 6 Credits .
The final journey begins at the same airfield used during the Flight Club event. Instead of a normal competitive race, players are invited on a special drive toward Legend Island, located east of Tokyo Docks. The game provides a Lamborghini Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae for the event, and the best part is that players get to keep the car after completing the journey.
Unlike many events in Forza Horizon 6, this drive is not about finishing first. Instead, it feels like a celebration of everything players have accomplished so far. Familiar characters from both FH6 and older Forza Horizon games join the drive, making the moment feel even more special.
Unlocking Horizon Legend status also opens the door to some of the biggest events in the game. Legend Island itself contains several exciting races, including the challenging Legend Island Circuit. However, the real stars are the giant endurance races scattered across Japan.
The Goliath remains one of the most rewarding races in the game. This enormous road racing event circles the entire map and includes highways, mountain roads, and city sections. Players using top-tier FH6 Cars like the Ferrari FXX-K Evo Welcome Pack or the Mazda 787B can earn huge amounts of FH6 Credits by completing the race.
The Colossus focuses entirely on speed. Taking place along the Highway Loop, this race pushes S2-class vehicles beyond 200 mph for long stretches. Cars like the Mercedes-AMG ONE and Ferrari LaFerrari dominate this event.
Off-road fans also receive their own challenge through The Titan. This brutal cross-country event sends players across rough terrain and multiple biomes. Vehicles such as the Ariel Nomad are especially useful here.
Meanwhile, rally drivers can test themselves in The Gauntlet, one of the hardest dirt races in Forza Horizon 6. Tight corners, uneven terrain, and long-distance driving make it a true endurance challenge.
Even after unlocking the gold wristband and completing these events, there is still plenty to buy Forza Horizon 6 Credits do. Seasonal playlists, Rivals events, and multiplayer competitions continue offering rewards and opportunities to expand your collection of FH6 Cars.
Horizon Legend status may represent the end of the main progression system, but in many ways it also feels like the beginning of the true endgame experience. Players who continue grinding for rare vehicles and extra FH6 Credits will discover that Forza Horizon 6 still has countless hours of content waiting ahead.
